Kudos to our teams that performed well today at the home meet. A few runners even received personal bests at the invitational. Nathan Pontious continues to run solid, finishing with a 17:30 and a 4th place finish. The girls team performed exceptionally well against Doherty, Coronado, and Pueblo County, giving them a 4th place finish on their home turf. Both teams are progressing during the middle of the season, and I’m proud of their accomplishments. The next cross country meet occurs Friday, October 4th at the Doherty Invitational in Colorado Springs.
